Given the nature of cosmetics, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on any new, used or unused product purchases.

Damages
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us and we will evaluate and make every effort to make it right.

Standard delivery usually takes around 5-7 business days.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
