Skincare/Cosmetics Return Policy
Given the nature of cosmetics, all sales are final. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on any new, used, or unused product purchases of skincare/cosmetics. If you have any questions or would like to discuss your purchase, please reach out to help@claraandfritz.com

Skincare/Cosmetics Damages
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us and we will evaluate and make every effort to make it right.

Apparel/Home Return Policy
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered apparel/home items with all tags attached and in original packaging within 14 days* of receipt. *For online orders, the window for returns and exchanges will be determined by the delivery date of the shipped items.

Returns or exchanges must be pre-approved by Clara & Fritz. For apparel/home returns or exchanges, please reach out to us at help@claraandfritz.com before sending back a return. Please include your order number and the item you would like to return in your message.  Once the return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 5 days of authorization. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and Return Packages must be insured Priority Mail. If you choose not to insure your package and the package gets lost/damaged, Clara & Fritz will not be able to issue a refund. Additionally, if the item is not returned in its original condition within the time frame noted above, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once received and processed, returns are refunded to the original form of payment at the original selling price. 

Returns and Exchanges will not be accepted after 14 days. If you have any questions or concerns about a return, please reach out within the 14 day window. Inquires or requests made after the 14 day window may not be reviewed or considered.
