Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Orders are typically shipped in 1-3 business days, Monday-Friday. During times of high volume, orders may ship in 3-4 business days.

Shipping costs are dependent on your location and are displayed on checkout.

Warm Weather Shipping

To ensure your products are received in optimal condition, orders placed after 11AM EDT on Wednesdays may be held and shipped the following Monday if the destination exceeds 85 degrees.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Parcel Forwarding Services

If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email.
