Forehead: Beginning at the center of your forehead, sweep the tool upwards from the eyebrows to the hairline. Keep the tool flat against the face and use gentle pressure. Repeat this motion 3–5 times.

Cheeks: Move to the cheeks and gently sweep from the center of the face, moving outwards towards the temples. Repeat 3–5 times on each side.

Jawline: Use the end of the gua sha tool with the two curves. Starting at the center of the chin, sweep the tool along the jawline toward your ear using light to medium pressure. Repeat 3–5 times on each side.

Under Eyes: Use the small, curved side to glide from the inner corner of your under-eye area to the temple. Be gentle with this sensitive area, applying light pressure.

Neck: Don’t forget your neck. Glide the tool from the center of your neck upwards to your jaw. Repeat 3-5 times. On the sides of the neck, glide the tool downwards from the jawline toward the collarbone, enhancing lymphatic drainage. Repeat 3-5 times on each side.
